    Yes. Paid plans come with a lower payment processing fee for online card payments.

  7. When should I consider upgrading?
    Upgrade when you want to chat with pet owners in-app, share photos and updates, or manage both cash and card payments as your business grows.

  8. Is TailPro tax-deductible?
    Yes. All TailPro fees are legitimate business expenses and can be claimed against your UK Self-Assessment or Corporation Tax.

    Not at all. You’re always in control. You set your own working hours and decide whether bookings are auto-accepted or need your approval all in one tap.

    Yes. Pet parents can book the whole household in one go. TailPro keeps each pet’s history, medical notes, and vaccination records neatly organised.
  3. How are vaccination and booster reminders handled?
    Automatically. TailPro tracks dates and sends reminders to pet owners when boosters are due, so nothing slips through the cracks.
  4. What happens if someone doesn’t turn up or cancels late?
    You set the rules. TailPro supports upfront payments and cancellation policies, helping protect your income without awkward follow-ups.
  5. Can I charge different prices for different pets or services?
