How to Add Time Slots in TailPro
This video demonstrates how an admin can create and manage time slots in TailPro, which are essential for scheduling services.
It begins on the dashboard, where the admin taps the settings icon located at the bottom right corner of the screen. From the settings page, they select “Manage Services and Time Slots,” which opens the section containing both services and time slots.
Within this section, the admin navigates to the time slots area and taps “Show All” to view the list of existing time slots. This allows them to review current slots before adding new ones, helping avoid duplication.
To create a new time slot, the admin taps the plus button at the bottom right corner. This opens the time slot creation form.
The admin then fills in the required details, starting with a clear slot name and an optional description to provide additional context. Next, they set the slot’s start time and end time, defining the exact duration of the time slot.
Once all details are entered, the admin taps save. The new time slot is immediately created and becomes available for use when setting up services.
