Cancel a Customer Booking as an Admin
This video explains how to cancel a customer booking in TailPro as an admin, especially when a customer requests a cancellation.
The video begins with the user opening the app and tapping the “All Bookings” icon located in the bottom menu. This action displays a full list of bookings across all statuses, including confirmed, pending, and completed bookings.
To find the correct booking, the user scrolls through the list. The video also shows how to use the date filter to narrow down results, making it easier to locate a specific booking when there are many entries.
Once the desired booking is found, the user selects it to open the booking details. The system then prompts a confirmation message, asking the user to confirm the cancellation. This step ensures that bookings are not cancelled accidentally.
After confirming, the booking is cancelled immediately.
